POTUS Planets: Trump v. Biden

Presidential power according to the planets.

2020 is one of the most astrologically anomalous years in history, so it’s fitting that potentially the most controversial presidential election in US history should coincide.

In this report you will learn-

  1. PART 1: What unusual cosmic factors set the stage for an epic election?

  2. PART 2: How do the starts support each presidential candidate?

The “triple threat planets” Jupiter (economy/law/media/travel/luck) , Saturn (government/business/leadership/time), and Pluto (death/secrets/crisis/power) collide in authoritarian Capricorn for the first time since 1894 BCE when the City Of Babylon- considered a cradle of civilization- was established and shortly thereafter the Code Of Hammurabi civil law directive was written.

You can bet this year’s planets will re-write the codes of civilization!

Leading up to the the big day, we will be under the influence of a spicy Mars Retrograde from 9/9-11/12 that amps up aggression as it squares off with the triple threat planets Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto. A critical Mercury Retrograde from 10/13-11/3 The Mercury Retrograde is doubly dangerous for two reasons:

  1. It is a repeating Mercury Retrograde cycle from 2019, signaling present issues were already cooking in October-November of last year.

(ex: Oct-Nov 2019 the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum, and Johns Hopkins University co-hosted “Event 201” that simulated response scenarios to a hypothetical global pandemic— only to have the first reported case of Coronavirus pop up in China during that same timeframe).

  2. The Mercury Retrograde cycle ends on the actual election day, 11/3, indicating potential information, data, or electronic interference. The results could be contested or there could be a surprising turn of events.

The week following the election heralds the hallmark Jupiter-Pluto conjunction that occurs only 1-in-13 years, accompanied by two heavy duty eclipses in late November and mid-December.

Two of the three triple threat planets- Jupiter and Saturn- move out of authoritarian Capricorn and into humanitarian Aquarius during the Third And Fourth Weeks Of December, signaling

it may take until the end of December to make sense of the election results or make peace with the outcome.

Although the overall cosmic tone changes in December 2020, we’re not out of the danger zone yet as there will be

  • an unsettling Jupiter-Uranus square off in January 2021

  • an explosive Mars-Uranus collision on Inauguration Day 2021

  • a historic Saturn-Uranus square off in February 2021

Regarding the pandemic + election, the New Normal doesn’t fully arrive until March 2021.

In the breakdown below we explore the cosmic factors supporting each candidate’s claim to power. This is an astrological assessment of the influences surrounding their campaigns- not a personal endorsement by the author of either candidate. We begin with incumbent Donald Trump followed by his opponent Joe Biden.

Factors supporting TRUMP…

Throughout 2020 the “triple threat” planets Pluto (power), Saturn (time), and Jupiter (luck) activate Trump’s creativity sector. This invites Trump to take the spotlight, put himself in center stage, express himself, and boosts confidence—all things notoriously natural for candidate Trump.

By reflection, activation of the creativity sector casts a light over to the social sector- meaning that

Trump will rouse the public, expand his popularity, forge (or destroy) alliances, and symbolize future hopes of the collective.

Pluto (power), Saturn (time), and Jupiter (luck) intensify Trump’s natal or birth Venus.

This tests Trump’s enduring control, potentially breaking it- or potentially strengthening it.

Venus symbolizes love, money, and women, so issues surrounding these topics could be determining factors for his candidacy.

In the love department, there might be troubled waters with First Lady Melania Trump or perhaps the campaign will feature her more strongly to sway the female vote. Regarding money, Trump may aim to boost the economy or leverage his own personal financial prowess to fund the campaign. On women, the Trump camp could opt to showcase female staffers or the role of Frist Daughter Ivanka Trump; certainly women’s reproductive rights and opportunities for women to be in positions of power will be hot topics (the recent passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg will add fuel to fire).

Also, Trump is experiencing the notable timers of a Saturn-Saturn halfway milestone and a Jupiter-Jupiter quarter milestone. The Saturn-Saturn halfway milestone checks back on Trump’s life path since around 2004-05. In his 2004 CNN interview with Wolf Blitzer, Trump originally said he identified more as a Democrat (before winning the 2016 presidency as a Republican). Shortly after, Trump’s infamously lewd sexual remarks about women were caught on tape in 2005. Meanwhile, the Jupiter-Jupiter quarter milestone checks back on Trump’s life path since around 2016-17 when he was first elected president.

The Saturn and Jupiter milestone timers will indicate how much Trump has or hasn’t grown up since those 2004-05 and 2016-17 periods. Regardless, the milestone timers suggest that 2020 is a memorable year in his life- for better or worse.

Mars Retrograde across Trump’s financial axis from September-November signals

a need to restore financial confidence, government assistance, stock market revitalization and bank solvency. This will likely be his competitive angle.

Mercury Retrograde across Trump’s communication axis from October-November implies

misinformation or miscommunication (such as a poorly received speech or exposed personal communiques), and potential technology or data issues during the election timeframe.

He may feel the media is against him or that there was an error in counting the votes.

Overall, however, the Mars Retrograde and Mercury Retrograde don’t affect Trump’s chart directly- only by proxy.

The eclipse immediately following the election date is in Gemini, Trump’s natural zodiac sign, and energizes his career sector which seems to confirm his position. Finally, the epic Jupiter-Pluto alignment that occurs only once every thirteen years coincides the week after the election and supports pre-existing activity in Trump’s creativity sector along with his favorable birth Venus.

If Trump doesn’t win, it’s almost like he is the candidate who should have won. If Trump does win, however, there are future indicators that his presidency may not last the full term.

Factors supporting BIDEN…

Throughout 2020 the “triple threat” planets Pluto (power), Saturn (time), and Jupiter (luck) activate Biden’s values sector. This invites Biden to stand up for his values, assess claims of worth in himself, others, things, and beliefs, utilize his natural talents, and expand financial prosperity.

By reflection, activation of the values sector casts a light over to the resources sector- meaning that

Biden will challenge how resources are shared amongst people, government, banks, and corporations, address crises surrounding our guiding values, and symbolize a healing agent for the collective.

Pluto (power), Saturn (time), and Jupiter (luck) intensify Biden’s natal or birth Jupiter.

This tests Biden’s luck, popularity, ability to promote himself, and philosophical backbone.

Jupiter symbolizes religion, laws, travel, education, media, and foreigners, so issues surrounding these topics could be determining factors for his candidacy.

In the religious department, Biden may play on Christian appeal to inspire the hope in voters or utilize spiritual motifs in campaign addresses. He may question the philosophical underpinning of certain laws. Education reform, getting students safely back to classrooms mid-pandemic, or collegiate appeal could also be strong suits. Foreign policy and multiracial running mates (as seen by the Kamala Harris nomination) will likely attract immigrant votes. Biden’s competence surrounding self-promotion could be his biggest challenge or victory.

Also, Biden is experiencing a notable Jupiter-Jupiter halfway milestone that checks back on his life path since around 2014 when he served as Vice President to Barack Obama. Jupiter will be assessing how far he’s come since then.

Mars Retrograde across Biden’s social axis from September-November signals

a need to revive enthusiasm, confidence, and reclaim personal stardom in the campaign spotlight.

A focus on children, youth, and the next generation could also be a competitive angle along with reducing risk in the global circumstance.

Mercury Retrograde across Biden’s wellness axis from October-November during the election timeframe implies

challenges behind the scenes, covert strategies, a reorienting of priorities, or health issues.

He may feel something is happening that shouldn’t be, change running mates or policy positions at the last minute, drop out, or incur illness.

Overall, the Mercury Retrograde affects Biden quite significantly as it occurs in Scorpio, his natural zodiac sign, and disgruntles four other planets in his chart. If Biden does continue with the campaign or win, it might be quite the fight for him internally.

The eclipse immediately following the election date denotes Biden’s partnership sector so he might be leaning on someone for support- such as his wife Jill Biden or VP running mate Kamala Harris- or perhaps a partner of his quickly takes the spotlight.

Finally, the epic Jupiter-Pluto alignment that occurs only once every thirteen years coincides the week after the election and emphasizes pre-existing activity in Biden’s values sector along with his birth Jupiter:

it will either be Biden’s lucky time, or he will have pressed his luck.

It’s possible that Biden may not successfully complete the election process due to health issues. But if Biden does win, he will undergo successive health issues for the duration of his presidency that may cut it short or he could pass soon after.
